NO SERVICE AT ALL

I purchased something from Sailnet, returned it with their permission about a month ago and despite having now emailed them five different times over two weeks have heard nothing from them except for the computerized reply. Has anyone else had this same problem? It was my first time to buy something from Sailnet but maybe it should have been buyer beware!!!!

I recently made a purchase from sailnet too. It was my first and I must say the service was prompt. They were very responsive and the price was quite reasonable. No shipping charges either. Hope you have better luck next time. T

It''s been a very tough month between rolling out a new inventory system, cutting the auto-attendant and losing an average of two people a week to illness (not sure about anywhere else but the flu has been extremely powerful in Charleston this year). My guess is that your message has been buried somewhere in the mess.

The good news is that the "mess" is getting smaller by the day and Spring is almost here -- meaning no more sick days around here!

I have recently purchased several thousand dollars worth of equipment from my new boat from Sailnet and have found the service to be prompt and responsive except for email.

I had an issue with one order and repeated emails did not get a response but a single phone call resolved the situation immediately.

this was covered in a different thread it seems that pictures need to be reduced significantly before the system will accept them. Use your photo editor and make a small copy and try 200X160 or thereabouts I have no problem once I tried this
