NO SERVICE AT ALL
It''s been a very tough month between rolling out a new inventory system, cutting the auto-attendant and losing an average of two people a week to illness (not sure about anywhere else but the flu has been extremely powerful in Charleston this year). My guess is that your message has been buried somewhere in the mess.
The good news is that the "mess" is getting smaller by the day and Spring is almost here -- meaning no more sick days around here!
