Bad Server?

Jackdale,

Are you sure you entered the URL right? Firefox can't find a server named www.coldwaterbootcamp.com and sure enough -- nslookup says there's no such domain.

It works on my computer.

Try the link to the English site (being Canadian, it is bilingual)

The Canadian version is more detailed.

There is a DVD of the Canadian version of the Cold Water Boot Camp. I picked it up from the Canadian Coast Guard at a boat show.

I am heading for the Coast on Saturday to do a circumnavigation of Vancouver Island. The DVD is coming with me.

I've seen first hand the results of cold water immersions, one was a fatality. I feel a lot better after we got immersion suits for the work boat. We pretty much considered our PFD's as a courtesy to the folks recovering our bodies should we ever sink the work boat.

Jack, great video clip (I was able to follow the utube link). Thanks.

Have a safe trip -- would love to hear all about it when you return. That is an area of N. America that really intrigues me.
