Talking Delaware River Sailnetters?

I was wondering if there is enough interest to have a get together for those on da River. Please ck in if your interested! I would love to do this before it gets into high season for power boats.

You might want to bump the thread... since you posted during the day and a lot of people don't have net access from work.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

I'd be interested. If you mean on the water though, I may not be in until late May.

Denise,
Don't sail Del. but do end up in Burlington every week. Always nice to chat with other sailors. Curtin's Marina/Resteurant might be a good place to gather! I sail Great and Barnegat bay most of the time.

I would have to sail my Cape Dory up from Cape Henlopen,
but would prefer to drive up.

That is one of the problems guys.. the Trenton to the Bay is 80-100 miles!

Curtains is nice, but $$ there are places in philly. Dave and Busters is one. I understand there is dockage for patrons. I know the marina gets top dollar there.
