seeking private slip/docking area in Central Florida

i have a 26' sloop with max draft at 4' and am looking for slips owned privately or docking that is within the sailing community so i am able to move my sailboat. She is currently in Titusville Fl and am wanting to move her to Sanford if possible or somewhere closer to the 32730 zip code. i need her close to me and not wanting to pay the slip i am currently paying due to financial reasons, and i dont want to have to SELL her. Any body with info or any resources you may have to help me, i would truly appreciate it. km_0110@yahoo.com

I hope you tried craigslist as well. Craigslist has the advantage of being local and more focussed.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Send a message via Yahoo to Freesail99
Take out a classified ad in the local newspaper and maybe knock on a few doors of homes on a canal. They may even know someone looking to rent.

select your area

where you'd like to keep your boat. take a bunch of well made info sheets showing your boat and a little bio about yourself, contact info etc.
place it in mailboxes after you knock on the door and chat w/property owner.
should work.
