Just wondering if anyone has any interesting launch day stories? Smooth as butter every year or no?

We try to keep it that way. Biggest problem we had this year was getting up early enough to catch the tide. After we launched, we bent the mainsail while dockside and then sailed around to our mooring, the next harbor down.
