Sorry, but there is a part II....

Does anyone know the cost of keeping a boat docked in the Nice area of France, in relation to the cost in the US? What types of registration and/or fees are necessary? VAT tax? Also, I may be moving a federally documented vessel from the US to France. Can I simply say it''s a US vessel and not register it at all in France?
