Delivery gratuity

Do you tip your delivery crew? I haven't used one before. Mine will arrive in a few days and has done a great job, so far. You could say I am getting what I paid for. They are being paid at the top of the scale, with two 100T captains aboard, rather than one Captain plus unlicensed mate. Just not sure how customary it is to tip the crew or how much.
