What are these called and where do I find them?

Take a look group:

I'd like to get a bunch of these little straps with beads on them for all of my pelican clips for my lifeline gates. I need 6 (2 for port, 2 for starboard gates and 2 for my aft passthrough).

Anyone know what they're called and where to procure them???

I believe they're called "little straps with beads on them." Seriously though, why not do some nice decorative marlinspike work using some paracord -- it would look much more nauti... vs. naughty Take a look here for some ideas: Stormdrane's Blog. The parrel beads described above are much bigger than those in the pic.

They were to pull-start your old girlfriend like an outboard.

They're not parrel beads, which are usually much larger. They're basically zipper pulls... and they're there to make pulling the pin on the snap shackle easier.

You can make them using knotwork, as seen here:

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
