Marina del Rey recommendations - help
I'm looking to move the boat to Marina del Rey in a few months and am currently looking at several marinas (was just out there last weekend). Could really use some recommendations and advice on (1) marinas - there is a decent amount of availablity across the board right now; (2) riggers; and (3) a yard.
The boat will be shipped and will obviously need to be rigged. As it stands I'm planning to get some prep work done prior to shipping (e.g. new bottom paint) but would also like to get some recommedations on a good yard so I can call them to compare prices for services and for future work.
I used to live in MdR but have never had a boat there so I'm completely green when it comes to the marinas, services, clubs, etc... Any help is greatly appreciated.
