Losing my slip this weekend

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I just got word that the place I'm keeping my boat in SoMD is being auctioned off this saturday and the boat has to go. Quickly checking around it looks like Calvert Marina will be a pretty cheap alternative. I don't need electric or water really, and I would like to be able to dive on the boat myself to keep it clean.

Any helpful suggestions are very welcome. Thanks in advance.
