Need input on C25

I currently have a hunter 23 wing keel but I need a bigger boat. We have five kids (3 yr old to 13 yr old). I am looking at the Catalina 25. That seems to be a good size for the lake I am on. I am looking for input on what to look for. A lot of the ones I see are swing keel. I know they are more work but are they that bad? What about marine head verse porta potty. Any other items I should be looking for? Thanks for you input.

The fixed keel is much lower maintenance, sails better, and has more interior room. The swing keel is really only better if you trailer- but if you trailer all the time a 22 would be much easier and quicker to rig.

The Cat 25 is a nice boat. Are the 5 kids going to be for daysailing or cruising overnight? Would be tight sleeping that many (but better than a Hunter 23!). I'm not a big fan of swing keels, but they do get you into shallow places and also make using a trailer a possibility. A standard marine head with a holding tank is no problem (as long as there is a handy pumpout station).
