does anyone know how I can find what a PHRF rating for this boat is?

The New England rating is 195 which is roughly the same rating as the 21 foot Beneteau 21, Pearson 28 or Cape Dory 30.

(but more seriously, there was the old Morgan-41, then there was the Out Island 41, do I remember this right?) The former was built for speed, the latter for comfort.
