Recommendations for Freeport, NY

I will be stopping in Freeport, NY via Jones Inlet in late July. Any suggestions for a good place to tie up or anchor for the night near the "Nautical Mile"? Is Randall Bay an option for anchoring?

And, more importantly, where can I find great seafood on the mile?

Hello,

I've never been there but there is a new town owned and operated marina right at the south end of the nautical mile.
