in the detail of the last part of the attached article written by
Kimball Livingston:

My intent is to bring attention to the dangers of using this area,
especially when it is rough. For those of you already aware of this,
my apologies for "preaching to the choir". No affiliation with
Mr. Livingston, just thought his description was accurate. At one time
the charts showed this "passage", but no longer.
