charters are expensive!

they seem to average around $2,000 a week! I was thinking of that instead of taking my boat all the way to Cape May (that's a song "on the way" by the way )

PS for around 30ish foot boats that is.

By comparison, what would hotel rooms for a week for you and your crew/passengers cost for a week?

D030,

It is only money. We can always make some more. Go for it.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

I guess I'll just try for the long motor and sail down to Cape May someday. Conundrum; have the money don't have the time.. have the time don't have the money. Oh well
