Well, our children are growth and their educational are paid for. They are ready to leave the house to chart their own future with the seed money I leave behind. Soon I have no responsibilities to anyone. I will not just go out to get myself killed. But yet, if my time is up and will go happily.
Yes, it is insane, but that is the fun part. I am too old to join a sailing team for this, but I want to experience this type of sailing condition for a day, two or three either solo and with others.
The men in the video are obviously well prepared, and that makes it safe. They know exactly what to do and handle it properly. If I choose the right boat and when all hell break loose, I will just go below and ride out the storm.
