Marine Diesel Class for the cuiser

Anyone come across a class or seminar on trouble shooting, maintenance, and repair that a cruiser could take to be a little better prepared to deal with the problems that occur.

I have been around Cats (tractor) and know how to do some things, but would not mind investing some time now to get up to speed. I have read the various books, but nothing like a little hands on.

MER in Seattle WA does one day classes for Yanmar engines. They take you thru valve adjust, injector service, impeller change, battery service, etc. I took it last Sept, it was worth the time and cost.
