My boat is somewhere next to yours in the yard as well
Are you looking into summer storage on Antigua, or just dockage?
I put my boat up at Jolly Harbour last year, after having compared the rates and offering with those of the Catamaran Company (Falmouth harbour) and the Nelson Docks (English harbour). I would go back to Jolly harbour again, particularly as Antigua is easier to reach from Europe than the BVI and my first stop after the summer season is always St. Martin (shopping for the boat, of course) and St. Martin is much easier to reach from Antigua than the BVI.
The BVI are usually considered to be one of the more expensive flight destinations. I would have thought that flying to ANU directly or perhaps via SXM and then with LIAT.
I spent a good month anchored in Falmouth last year prior to the races and have been there several times since. The water is pretty nasty and I had to dive on the boat to scrape off the growth, but there is always a breeze and a quick dinghy ride brings you to the docks at Falmouth.
English Harbour is even more comfortable, but the wind dies down and there can be mosquitos and small birds which cannot be found in Falmouth.
You can anchor outside of Jolly Harbour as well, both in- and outside of the channel.
I've only spent a couple of days at the docks (pre- and post- storage) at Jolly - pricing was not too bad and the location was nice. Shopping for groceries is excellent and there is a budget-marine there are well.
The Catamaran Company docks (and those at Falmouth) tend to have a lot of big Oysters and large yachts. At English Harbour there is no pier but you an anchor/tie in stern-to with a passarelle. I have seen smaller yatchs there so the pricing shouldn't be sky-high.
All in all Antigua is a great destination with lots of anchorages and sheltered harbours and the trades and temperatures, particularly in November, won't necessitate staying at docks.
