What Happened? - Orphan blogs....

Maybe its just idle curiosity or spending too much time on the web but I am always left puzzled about all those sailing blogs that just......STOP.

Has the wife killed the husband, pirates, eaten by a whale, what what... Does anyone have answers, questions, information, confessions.....

Post the blog here to get information or post your confession here. Some examples;

1. What happened to Freebirds, did she fall off the Harley; https://www.befreebirds.com

2. Did the tiger eat Sora???; Zoo | Sailing With Sora

:eek:

Since I docked to work for a spell, I haven't done much with my blog. I doubt many would find it interesting to read about me working ;)

I always wondered what happened to Labatt & S/V Pelicans blog...the financial crisis hit them hard, but its been absolute radio silence from them on the blog and even sailnet for too long.

:D

Why did you take down all the previous stuff from before your change in direction? (Or am I just not looking in the right place?) It is still all interesting and potentially useful.

I get that. I hope you didn't delete it altogether, though, and will consider putting it up again once you've got your inertia back. I think it is always a shame to lose information like that.

Being able to share in your thought processes and decisions up to the point where you realized you needed to make a big change in strategy is probably a lot more helpful to many than all the "well, we just decided to up and sell everything and off we went happily ever after" stories you find.
