Macgregor Venture 21

I recently bought a Macgregor 21 and would like to find it's real age. There is no hull plate, but the jib sail cover has #344 on it. I would also be interested in rigging. It now only has a forestay that attaches about 2" from the bow, but has an attachment point at the bow and stern for what I would guess would be stays. Any help?

The mast set up is 6 stays. One to fore, one aft and a side stays with a spreader bar on both the port and starboard sides with two stays each, one that goes to the top of the mast via the spreader bar and one that goes to the mast at the spreader bar.

I'm not sure what to tell you about age if you have no hull ID.

I have a Venture 21 myself and I really like it. If I rig it up in the next few weeks I can snap a few pics of the set up to get you pointed in the right direction.
