Legally, if you wanted to go almost right up to the ugly scow, you could... nothing they can do about it... they're not a military or commercial ship, so have very few restrictions about how far you have to keep from them.

The Log.com seems to be out of action but this is presumably the beast in question ?



I must admit that I kind of like it. If one is going to have a huge great floating oscenity it might as well be different from all the other huge great floating obsecenities.

Looks like the inspiration is part HMS Nelson.
