While viewing the local broker websites I came across this and thought others might enjoy it too.

I hope that's a typo. Either that or there are a few things they left out of the specs....

A reasonable asking price for a 1985 35 foot Legend in good condition should be roughly $40,000 not 3.9 billion, unless it is for the military.
