I apologize for my ignorance, but could not find the answer any where else.
The question I have is : what it is the difference in hull made out of fiberglass and reinforced fiberglass or it is just a way to advertise the boat?

The glass fibers are the reinforcement for the resin. FRP- fiberglass reinforced plastic. If it's not just an advertising ploy the layup may have carbon or kevlar cloth in spots. I'd ask for specifics.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
