Dodge Morgan Dies

Dodge Morgan was always one of my hero's, so it was with regret I read in the New York Times of his passing. In case you are unfamiliar, he was the first American to sail around the world alone, non-stop and when he did he cut the prior record nearly in half. If you haven't seen the video "Around Alone," I highly recommend you get a copy and watch it. It's a great American story. The New York Times does a good job, as always, with his obituary:

Thanks

I did not know until now who he was.

He sounds like he was from the old school - just go and do it!

RIP Dodge
