Delivery Captain Cost

Hi all,
I might pick up a 47 foot monohull in the BVI.
I would need an experienced captain to come with me and sail the boat to Florida.
I am wondering how much it would cost me.

Thanks

Just point it in the correct direction, put the sails up, autopilot on, and then sit there!

I know of a couple of delivery captains in the USVI/BVI who would do this work, particularly as the trip from the BVI to Florida is much easier than the other way around. If you would like some recommendations then pm me.

Is it just going to be the two of you? If so, get the best Capt/mate you can find, regardless of cost. Best is not only seamanship skills, but interpersonal skills between the two of you.
