Wharram Catamaran Florida Winter Rendezvous

Save the date…the 2010 Winter Florida Wharram Rendezvous will be held on December 10-12 at the Old Port Cove anchorage just north of the Lake Worth Inlet in southeastern Florida.

If you like Wharram Boats and would like to enjoy a weekend with builders, owners, and enthusiasts now is your chance! We expect to have many sizes and models of Wharram designed boats and will send out more details as we get closer to December.

We've moved the Dec 10-12 2010 Winter Florida Wharram Rendezvous location to Sunset Bay Marina & Anchorage in Stuart, Florida.

This venue offers many improvements over the Lake Worth location.

Sunset Bay has very good access by boat and car, a dinghy dock, large mooring field, fuel dock, pump out, bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities, wi-fi access in the mooring field, boaters lounge with big screen TV, and restaurant. It is also just a few blocks walk to downtown Stuart where there is an abundance of shopping and entertainment activities. There is also RV parking available.

Sunset Bay is located just west of the Roosevelt Bridges in Stuart on the south side of the St Lucie River (Latitude 27.2 Longitude -80.2583)

We're still planning a pot luck on the boats on Saturday night .

Please RSVP to david@boatsmithfl.com or call David (561) 632-2628 for more information.
Several boats make this their jump off for the Bahamas every year. There will be a couple of Ricard Woods Boats this year as well and a couple of F31s are coming up from Key West. It is shaping up to be lots of fun if you like multi hulls
