New Zealanders

Tuesday, we fly to NZ for the month of October. Will be located in Tauranga and would like to "Day Sail" as crew if possible. Have done some racing, but mostly cruising on my boat from New England to the Chesapeake Bay. Looking to experience NZ from the water. If you need crew, or would just like to have experienced crew, let me know.

Hi Mo,
I live in Tauranga and have an S2 11.0A in the Tauranga Marina. Unfortunately, she isn't quite ready for summer sailing, and I'll be in Australia for part of the month. However, If you contact the Tauranga yacht club (578 5512 local number) and ask for a crew position, you shouldn't be disappointed.

Have fun-if you are in the Bay of Islands,Northland you can book to go out day sailing on some pretty mean looking machines-several big racing cats and similar ex America Cup type boats.
Oh and a "hands on"square rigger experience.

Thanks for the referral to the Tauranga Yacht Club, and other suggestions.
