Re: Anybody have an e-reader?

Ended up going Nexus 7. We'll see how it goes. Won't physically have it until some time next week but i'll give my impressions then.

Cheers all.

Re: Anybody have an e-reader?

I have had 2 e-readers Excellent for reading particularly at times when one can read a lot. The durability could be an issue though. A Sony lasted 18 months, whereas a Kobo Glo lasted 9 days, though that will presumably be replaced.

Re: Anybody have an e-reader?

From the various reviews the Nexus 7 comes across as a standout. If I had done this a couple of years back then the Sony would have got my vote but today the Kobo seems to have a slight edge while the full tablet , albeit small size, capabilities of the Nexus was what swung it for me.
