Trade Use of Tampa Waterfront home for Use of Sailboat

I am in the process of purchasing a waterfront home with permanent dock space, pool and canal access to Tampa Bay. I am curious to know if anyone would have an interest in trading weeks of use of this home and permanent dock space in exchange for weeks of use of your sailboat. This is a general question as I have not yet purchased a specific home, and would be flexible as to exactly how this works, but I live out of state and would only be able to use this property for six weeks out of the year, so in exchange for the use of the sailboat during this time, I would offer x number of weeks use of the home (dependent on the value of the boat), year round dockage of the boat, and discounted rental for additional weeks. I would only be interested in a nice 35'+ oceanworthy boat for this exchange (Catamaran a big plus). Let me know your thoughts.
