Keeping kids 8~80 entertained on the boats
There are activities for kids 8~80, on a sail boat that can dispell cabin fever quickly.
1. Anchor by the stern and using your Spinnaker, with the sheets at the clews connected for a swing set and have that spinnaker fill with wind and carry you out and high from the boat. Some of those kids even dive from a flying spinnaker. But be sure to have a recovery sheet on one of the clews so you can bring it down for the next rider. 
2. While sailing in a good breeze and heeled over, Using one of the spare Halyards from the top of the mast. connect a bo'sun chair and have one of the above kids in that chair and have them swing out over the water. If you are in the Tropics you may lower them somewhat to where their feet are awash in the waves. Some will kick off and swing out and back.
Now there are two means of livening up the day. Can any of you come up with more ways??
