Need room for your boat ???
Located in Santa Cruz on the beautifull Monterey Bay is a 40ft by 25 ft flat space available for you and your boat.
Need accessible space to work or build.. I have it. (pls, no storage request, at this time).
With this lot comes electricity, water and a room available for liveaboard and /or storing your tools and parts.
West Marine 4 blocks away and the S.C Harbor
a short 7 blocks.
Rent negotiable depending on duration and needs.
