Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all fellow sailors out there.

Anyone spending it on a boat?

My complete refit is taking completely too long!

Merry Christmas to you.
I tied a wreath onto the port pinrail yesterday, but I'm spending Christmas indoors!

Wishing you all a happy holiday.

Question would have had a different character if you'd posted it on the liveaboard forum LOL ... yep, we're spending the holiday at home/on our boat ... but its too chilly here for us to gloat much.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Wishing fair winds and following seas to all as well as a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Difference between a power boater and a sailor out on the water: A power boater is going some place special, a sailor is already there.
