Angry Yes and No

If they have the item in stock and fill the order correctly, you are gtg.
However the LAST time I ordered, they sent a wrong item. I emailed and got a RMA and returned the item. NEVER heard from them again. NO refund. Won't answer their phone. YMMV, good luck.

I had the items I ordered shipped quickly and had no problems, but if John's post is any indication... it sounds like you better hope it it is correct the first time.

Why not try the good folks at Sailnet first? They certainly have a first-rate forum. Perhaps their ship's store section is as good, if not better.

Sailnet does a good job of customer service in my experience and they do have pretty competitive pricing on many items. Supporting them is a good idea since they do support the sailing community as a whole with this forum.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

I did look here first, however SN didn't carry what I needed. After price shopping on line, Star Marine had the lowest price, I was reluctant to gamble the $200 I was going to spend with them and ended up calling WM, and true to their website, they matched SM's price! WM original online price $299...SM $194...shipping was identical. WM lady on phone was incredible! WM says they will give you 10 days after purchase, but It was easy to do the shoppin before, and know upfront the price I am to pay.
