another vote for Haven charters. I used them before I bought my boat and they were great. Good selection of boats and even though I chartered a pretty old boat it worked fine and nothing broke. It was clean and ready to go when we got there.

Do a search for charter boats in Annapolis. You shoud find at least a few.
