Georgtown registered, how to get there?

I have a problem with a big yacht thats hurts me on my slip (she is to big for the slip) which is registered in Georgetown.

How I get the information of the ownerto clear the facts?

People registered their boats in the Cayman Islands as the Caymans are a tax and privacy haven. You should talk to the marina owner as you will never get any info out of the Cayamian authorities.

Thank You, I knew that that is a tax haven, but that theyr ship registry is also closed, I never know. I thought that ship registry must be open to public- Anyway thank you.
