Mediterranean to the Aegean

Hi, If anyone is sailing from an area of eastern Spain, Catalunya etc to the Aegean departing sometime in March would like to hear from you, compare notes, perhaps some transit together if feasible. Anyone having already covered this journey would welcome information from, where to stop, where not to stop etc, using inexpensive overnights where possible. Many thanks John.
