Looks a lot like a Javelin, but it is hard to say, since you really need a better photo. This one is from a bad angle and overexposed--so you can't make out any detail on the deck or in the cockpit, because it is all blown out.
It would help if you said how long the boat was. It would help if you gave more information about the boat, like does it have a centerboard, etc. Also, a photo of the sails might help, as most sails have a boat model/brand logo on them.
