Last week, heck this past Tuesday it was nice, warm (in the 40's), snow was melting..... you know where this is going already don't you?

Yep, today and through the night we should get about a foot of new snow. Blowing like crazy too. Nice drift on my back door, steps look like a ramp of snow. Drift up against the garage. Could've cleared it but, its just going to blow back. Think its a work from home day tomorrow. I do love my 24" 2-stage snow-blower though......

Only 30 days until spring and I was sailing on April 15th last year....

sorry dude...but time to move! It was 82 today...and my wife and I decided to do a quick getaway to Lake Sylvia. Since its Sunday night, and even though its Presidents Day tomorrow...we have practically the whole lake to ourselves

Only 80 here at 18.19 hrs. Time I went for a sail or a fish or both. Have to take some ice though.

Can't quite move yet as I got kids in school, though, I do have a long range plan to get to the warmth. Plus, the summers hear are pretty awesome. We have trees here and real lakes....

Was only 13-15 inches of snow, so not too bad.

I have the same size snow blower here in the People's Republic of Maryland. A few days ago it hit 70 degrees, tonight weatherman is calling for mixed rain and snow. Florida winters are in the forecast for me next year--gonna' get my lard-butt outta' here when the temperature gets lower than my age. My new philosophy in life is to "Never expose your body to a temperature lower than your age!" Good rule to live by.

yesterday it was 28 at 8am, by 2 in the mid 40's...... balmy! supposed to snow in the seattle area later this week....

glad I took the boat out this weekend!
