As for other shows, the Newport in-water show in September is probably the only truly good boatshow in the New England region. Boston, as is common of the second rate indoor shows is mostly a downmarket affair with small stinkpots outnumbering sailboats 20 to 1 and on top of that, the sailboats that are there are almost exclusively of the Benehuntalina marina queen style. It's fun to go and have a few beers, socialize and walk around for an hour, occasionally one of the booths will have something of value, but for the more experienced or discerning types, there's nothing to be gained other than a decent buzz.

I don't know when you moved, but for the past 3 years this show has been hosted at the BCEC
I KNOW that one broker/dealer will have a Jenneau Sun Odyssey 409
a Catalina 355
an Island Packet Estero
and a Harbor 20
All of these should be fully rigged, and on the floor of the show.
There are usually 2 or 3 broker/dealers that attend and can support this kind of display. Admittedly, it isn't the Newport or Miami Boat show. However for Boston (12ş last night) in late February/March, it isn't bad.
Maine - I will attend, but don't know which day. I will make a point of stopping by.
