PHRF for Hunter 27

I am trying to fill out a Performance Handicap Racing Fleet (PHRF) application for my boat. I purchased the boat last summer and it did not come with any manuals or information. The application asks typical questions, while I can go out and measure the boat, I don't think it is the most accurate means of obtaining the information. I need the LOA, LWL, draft, Beam, Displacement, Keel Ballast Weight and Sail information.

Is there a website I can enter the boat's manufacturer, year and length of boat or enter the hull identification number to obtain the technical information about the boat? (1977 Hunter 27)
