Yep! At least in the part where I live. It was warmer in Baltimore too. I live a lot farther from the bay and at a much higher elevation. We still have a few patches of snow on the lawn at the top of my driveway. Last night a warm front blew through, triggered thundershowers and the temperature at 9 a.m. this morning was 49-degrees--regular heat wave.
