Got bill of sale and Title this weekend, did some cleaning and slept aboard.!!
We are happy!!!

Nice looking boat. Must be a lot warmer in VA Beach than it is at the head of the Chesapeake. It did get up to 40 today, though.

WOW! Hope some of that warmer weather gets here soon--I've got a bad case of Cabin Fever. I looked at a Morgan 33 OI in Oriental last winter. Nice boat but needed too much work for the asking price.

Try to contain yourself jumping up N down doing the happy dance could hurt yourself and hold up the sailing
