you get a lot of rain on the west coast in the summer.

those poly 'underarmor' type shirts help keep you cool (and wet).

not too much wind in the summer either, until the air warms up, then you get afternoon storms and it cools down, but no wind.

June is not too bad, and July is ok, but August and September are Darn hot!
