Insurance recommendations

I am often amused with people giving a testimonial about how great their insurance company is but when pressed, they have to admit that they have never filed a claim.
The true test of an insurance company is AFTER you file a claim and not how gracious they are in accepting your payments.
So, now that I am shopping for coverage for a Catalina 375, I would be very appreciative to hear any good (or bad) insurance CLAIM stories/recommendations.
Our boat is to be located in Milwaukee if that helps.
