Wow! Another great vid. Thanks!

One of the comments on that video said something about how that flow in/out is just a normal day at Deception Pass up in WA. That's great, but I wanted to point out that this was not exactly a low/high tide issue. These waters were going in and out, seemingly, at their whim.

Like I said in MdR, the flow alternated many times during the low to high tide period...so there just wasn't anything some of these mariners could do other than listen to the radio and hope somebody was reporting conditions at the harbor entrance constantly, or just stay out at sea.

Yikes.
