A good friend owned one on Lake Champlain and loved it. It looked great, nice lines and was very fast. In fact he owned the same boat 2 different times and only sold it [recently] because he was moving out of the conus

Did you see the reviews in the boat review section of this site? People love them.

One of the better racer/cruisers of the era. But narrow by today's standards and small inside for its length. A modern 30 footer has more room.

Fast for its time, and decent looks & accommodations. You could do a lot worse. If the price is right, and you don't want to circumnavigate in it, it could be the right boat for you. We considered one, but felt the side decks were a tad narrow for sailhandling. (We didn't believe in r/f at the time.)
