scottyt is on a distinguished road
adventure of cruxandreams delivery

well first its a cheoy lee 34 ketch.

first day we hip tow out of the marina and with in 2o mins we hit a squal of 40 knots with gusts a little higher. we anchored thru it.

then we sail across the area we are in trying to learn how the boat handles and guess what another squal, which we anchor for the night when it hits. when we drop sails we find the misen is ripped, so i had to do a little sail repair when we where anchored.

this morning ( the 3 rd ) we set sail, doing pretty well under jib and misen in 20 knot winds, making 3.5 knots up wind against the tide.

thats all for now
