I've made an adaptor to use the inflatable dinghy pump to apply pressure to blocked lines... (usually in reverse direction).. it's worked well, though sometimes too well and once had some rather icky stuff to wash off the overhead

The drain must go somewhere... likely a teed into a throughhull or simply directly to the bilge.

My drain starts there and then goes through the mast step with the head pan over it
