PCP and others, I assume you've seen these pics? High-speed collisions and capsizes looks like an interesting way to race! There are apparently videos somewhere also:

Thanks for posting that.

I have to confess I have mixed feelings when watching these types of videos. Part of me says cool boats, cool sailing. Another parts feels a little bit of disgust. It is like they are treating their boats like disposable objects to be sent to the re-cycling depot once the races/entertainment is over.

Don't get me wrong, give me the keys to anyone of these boats on a windy day and I couldn't be happier, until I crash it...

I don't see it being all that different to Formula 1 really - lots of money, lots of speed and lots of spectacle..

...and just like F1, the spectators come to see the crashes!
