Need Help Identifying Ladder Bracket

Try as I may, I cannot find any information on the source of the ladder bracket pictured. There are two of them on my boat, 13.5" apart. The ladder itself is missing, and I'd like find the corresponding ladder-side doodads that clip into these brackets. Thanks!

It looks like any t-shaped fitting- like a machine screw head - would fit into the upper hole, and then slide down to lock in the lower section. A hefty size would be indicated, if you don't want the thing to pull out of the ladder itself.

Thank you. They don't seem to be manufacturing that ladder anymore, but I'll start checking the salvage yards. If that fails, I'll just use a machine screw like paulk suggested.
